AI ToolBox Online provides AI-powered image processing and document conversion tools, including but not limited to background removal, avatar generation, watermark removal, photo restoration, PDF-to-Word conversion, image upscaling, style transfer, and text polishing. Service availability is subject to third-party API availability. We use a credit-based pricing model where each tool use deducts a set number of credits from your account.
By creating an account or using any of our tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to:
All purchases are made in credits via our pricing page. Current packages: 50 credits for $4.99 USD, 100 credits for $9.99 USD, and 500 credits for $24.99 USD. Free accounts receive 5 credits per month. Each tool deducts credits as shown on the tool page (1–5 credits per use). Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Free tier credits reset monthly and do not roll over. All prices are in USD.
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except in cases of proven service failure. If a tool fails to process your file due to a technical error on our side, contact us at jzerov@live.com with the tool name, file type, and error details. We will investigate and refund the deducted credits to your account if the issue was caused by our service. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days. We do not offer cash refunds — refunded credits are added back to your account balance.
The AI ToolBox Online platform, including its design, code, branding, and logo, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by Liu Jun. You retain full ownership of all files you upload and all outputs generated through our tools. You may use outputs for personal or commercial purposes.
All uploaded files and processed outputs are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing. We collect minimal personal data (email address, name) for account management. Payment data is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
AI ToolBox Online is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or timely service. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and accuracy. You use the service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI ToolBox Online and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, files, or profits.
We use third-party services including Replicate (AI processing), Stripe/Lemon Squeezy (payment processing), and Cloudflare R2 (temporary storage). Each operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the actions of these third-party services.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not possible, disputes may be brought before the appropriate courts.
