• Product detail shots: "A close-up of a watch face showing a date window at 3 o'clock and a stainless steel band." Detailed enough to be useful, specific enough to need minimal editing.

What needs human editing

Colors are sometimes wrong. The model might describe "a blue dress" when it is teal. For fashion and home decor, always verify colors. A customer who orders "blue" and receives "teal" will return the item.

Brand names and text in images: the model cannot reliably read text within images. If your product photo includes a label that says "500ml," the AI might describe "a bottle" without mentioning the volume. Add sizes, quantities, and brand names manually.

Material and texture: "leather" vs "leather-look" vs "faux leather" — the model guesses based on visual appearance, which is exactly what a customer would do, but your product description should be accurate, not visual-guess-based. Verify material descriptions against your product database.

SEO keywords: the AI describes what it sees, not what customers search for. It might describe "a cushioned seating unit" when customers search "sofa." Edit the alt text to include your target keyword — naturally, not stuffed.

Batch workflow for 500 products
